At DIO Digital Implant India Pvt. Ltd., we take pride in the quality and precision of our dental products. However, if you have received a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are here to help. Please review our return and replacement terms carefully before placing your order.

📦 Return & Replacement Eligibility

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

 1 . Damaged Products: Item(s) received are physically damaged during transit.

2 . Defective Products: Item(s) received are found to be functionally defective or expired.

3 . Wrong Item Shipped: Product(s) delivered are not as per your confirmed order.

❗ Note: Items once opened, used, or not in original condition and packaging will not be eligible for return or replacement.

📅 Return/Replacement Request Window

         1 . You must raise a return or replacement request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
         2 . Requests made beyond this period will not be accepted.

📝 How to Request a Return or Replacement


 1 . Email us at info@dioimplant.co.in with:

          -  Order ID
          -  Product Name and Quantity
          -  Reason for return or replacement
           -  Supporting images/videos (mandatory for damage or defect)

2 . Our team will respond within 1-2 business days for verification and next steps.

🚚 Product Pickup or Return Shipping


 1 . If your return is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup from your registered delivery address.
2 . In some cases, you may be asked to ship the item back to us. Shipping costs will be reimbursed only for eligible returns.

💰 Refunds

Refunds are processed only if a replacement is not possible.

1 . Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following product categories are non-returnable unless delivered damaged or defective:

           1 . Sterile dental consumables
          2 . Opened or used products
          3 . Products with tampered packaging
         4 . Items not purchased directly from   www.buydiodental.com

 1 . Ensure the product is unused and in its original condition with all original packaging and labels intact.
2 . DIO reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policy.
