📦 Return & Replacement Eligibility

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

1. Damaged Products: Item(s) received are physically damaged during transit.
2. Defective Products: Item(s) received are found to be functionally defective or expired.
3. Wrong Item Shipped: Product(s) delivered are not as per your confirmed order.

❗ Note: Items once opened, used, or not in original condition and packaging will not be eligible for return or replacement.

📅 Return/Replacement Request Window

• You must raise a return or replacement request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• Requests made beyond this period will not be accepted.

📝 How to Request a Return or Replacement

• Order ID
• Product Name and Quantity
• Reason for return or replacement
• Supporting images/videos (mandatory for damage or defect)
2. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days for verification and next steps.

🚚 Product Pickup or Return Shipping

• If your return is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup from your registered delivery address.
• In some cases, you may be asked to ship the item back to us. Shipping costs will be reimbursed only for eligible returns.

💰 Refunds

• Refunds are processed only if a replacement is not possible.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following product categories are non-returnable unless delivered damaged or defective:

• Opened or used products
• Products with tampered packaging
